The seeds in the package I received failed to sprout for the most part. I don't know what the problem was. I had 4 sprouts after 5 days. Not enough for my cats to even notice.

I actually intended to buy the seed packets, not this nice little kit. I have enough cats, that it is much more practical to plant a big pot of seeds to keep them all happy longer than this little pot affords. But I will use them, the cats will love the greens, and I will be more careful when I order next time!!

I've been buying this cat grass for years, and my cat loves it. Every container I've purchased has sprouted very well and becomes a nice, lush pot of grass which lasts for almost a month. Just keep the soil moist once the grass has sprouted and you're on your way!

grazing like a tiny cow

My cat Motor loves to chew on his cat grass. I guess it's like cat salad. My last cat Micky also liked cat grass. He was white with a black saddle and looked jut like a tiny Jersey cow, especially when he was grazing on Kitty Cat Grass. He lived to a ripe old age of 16. I think the grass is a healthy addition to their diet.

- Like the ACME instant boulder, as seen on Beep Beep the Roadrunner show, you just add water to grow a large divot of Kitty Cat Grass.
Cons
- Occasionally the cat leaves divots around the house, but he also leaves the occasional hairball. Cats will be cats...
