CANCELLATIONS OR CORRECTIONS
Please call or email us immediately if you need to cancel or make changes to an order. Once it leaves our distribution center, customers are responsible for sending the product back to us at your own expense. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery when it arrives. UPS charges PetGuys.com for the refused shipment to ship it back to us. Therefore, if you refuse the package then we will deduct the return shipping cost off your credit for the merchandise. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Please call or E-Mail us immediately on any order corrections. Once the order is processed and shipped, we are unable to change it.
TELEPHONE & MAIL-IN ORDERS
Please call us at our normal business hours to place your order. We do not accept mail-in orders at this time.
We accept these major credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER & OPTIMA. Sorry but we do not accept checks or money orders. You can safely enter your credit card number via Yahoo! secure servers, which encrypts all submitted information.
All orders shipped to a California address will be charged sales tax.
PRICING & ERRORS
PetGuys.com reserves the right to update our pricing at anytime. PetGuys.com will do its best to prevent errors however we reserve the right to correct typographical errors at any time.
PetGuys.com will match any other online retailer’s regular price. Website must be an online store within the U.S. Product must be identical in size and color if applicable. We do not match dog and cat food, sale prices, bundle pricing, special buys, closeouts, special orders, quantity discounts, or auction sites such as EBay. Products that we offer free shipping on do not qualify if competitor’s price plus shipping is higher than our overall price. Please call us and provide us with the business name and/or web address of the item.
