Free Economy Shipping only applies to orders that CAN be shipped via this shipping method. See Economy Shipping restrictions below. Orders must be over $59 before shipping & tax (if applicable), order weight not to exceed 80 lbs. Orders over 80 lbs is subject to a $5 per 10 lbs overage charge.
- Economy (3-6 business days) - $4.99 flat rate for all orders under $59 (before shipping & tax if applicable) to the 48 contiguous states, not valid to HI, AK, US territories, APO/FPO. Excludes litter, heavy and oversized items. Products not valid for Economy shipping will have: "Heavy/OS Item: No Economy S/H" noted on the product page. Package weight not to exceed 80 lbs.
- UPS Ground, 3 Day Select & 2nd Day Air - Shipping rate is based on the weight of the package and where the order is being shipped to.
- Time in transit (excludes weekends) from the date order is shipped: Ground - 2-6 business days, 3 Day Select - 3 business days and 2nd Day Air - 2 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail - For orders shipping to HI, AK, APO/FPO and US Territories. Shipping rate based on the weight of the package and where the order is being shipped to. ESTIMATED delivery times are 2-4 business days (including Saturdays) from the date it leaves our distribution center to arrive to the shipping address, but delivery times are NOT guaranteed by USPS or PetGuys.com. APO/FPO shipments may take longer.
Sorry but we do not ship to Canada or internationally.
If you are not satisfied with a product, simply return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund. Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We will
exchange the defective product within 30 days from original order date. Once the 30 days have passed, then you must contact the manufacturer for warranty replacement, no exceptions. If the item does not work to your expectations, you may return it for a refund but there are no refunds on the original shipping or return shipping. All we ask is that you follow the requirements for any returns to PETGUYS.com:
- Notify us via E-Mail to obtain a return authorization number (RAN#). Returns without a RAN will be refused and returned back to shipper. Write the RAN# clearly on any side of the shipping carton or shipping label.
- All returned merchandise must be in original unaltered condition with all manufacturer accessories.

You must choose a shipping carrier utilizing a package tracking method for proof of delivery. We are not responsible for lost returns if you do not utilize a delivery tracking system. PetGuys.com will refuse any returns sent C.O.D.
- We will gladly ship an exchange at our expense for defective merchandise but if a refund is requested, only the product will be refunded. Original shipping cost is not refundable. Merchandise initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will incur a minimum 15% restocking charge as well as a shipping & handling charge for replacement shipment.
- During certain circumstances, PetGuys.com will send out replacements for defective items or mis-shipped items before the original has been returned back to us. Please note that PetGuys.com reserves the right to charge you for the defective or mis-shipped items if they are not returned back to us within 3 weeks after the replacement was sent.
For exchanges please return the product back to us for a refund and place a new order for the product that you'd like.
