Received it Damaged

Unfortunately, on top of the delivery delay due to backorder, the product was delivered damaged and it was due to the poor packaging of the actual product box. The carrier must have dumped other packages on it which cracked the glass. The product box was thin and it was just wrapped with cut up cardboard with no popcorn or other protective material. In spite of this, after communicating with their staff, we were refunded quickly. I requested for a return label but was advised that I didn't need to return it. Even with this mishap, we will still keep them in find for other needs.
- They were quick to response to our inquiries and quick with their refund process.
- They need to work on their packaging method to avoid incidents such as this. We can't trust that the carriers are going to handle product with care 100% of the time.
