On the website they show 5 lines and no character limits. When you added you get 3 lines with 10 characters. No way to put more than the pets name and a phone number. The tag is huge when you get it. Bummer to pay for something you don't get. At least they called to tell me the text wouldn't fit. Great customer service but not so great order process or product.
