Mess free cuttlebone holder

I have two of these they keep most of the mess in the cage and of off my floors at a reasonable price.

Cuttlebone metal holders

This works well for my 4 parakeets. I have been using this item since one of my finches cut part of her foot off on the metal clips that come with most cuttlebones. A must for you birds.

- Safer than clips....it seems the birds are more comfortable sitting on the attached perch too.

I bought this because the holder the cuttlebone broke and new this would last a long time. Unfortunitely my bird seems to be afraid of it.

I have lots of cages, and there's one of these in each one. They're easy to use, both for people and for birds. They're much easier (on everyone) than other methods of hanging or clipping cuttlebone. As a bonus, the plastic cord used to attach the holder to the cardboard packaging is great for hanging spray millet.

This is the best bird cuttlebone holder I've ever seen, and a must for me. It holds the large cuttlebones in place and my parakeets can't displace them and they really pull on their cuttlebones. Eliminates waste and mess. A great item!
Pros
- Really holds the large cuttlebones in place.
Cons
- It doesn't hold the small or regular cuttlebone well. They slip around in it, but parakeets like the large cuttlebones so it works well for them.
