Hamilton Nylon European Dog Leash 5/8"

I have used these leashes for years. Versatile, strong and easy on the hand.

I love the quality and weight of this leash. I have a malinois/GSD mix who is a recovering puller. This lead is so comfortable to handle and has so many options, plus I think my dog is more aware of his radius because it is heavier. I use it for any walks that we go on and sometimes attach it to long lines because this one is so much easier to grip. I've had it for about 8 months now & it doesn't even look worn. I've had more expensive leashes and still go back to this one.

I was looking to replace my European style leash that I use with my service dog. Petguys.com had the leash at a great price. When it showed up it was a better quality than the more expensive one I was using. The leash was thick and the hardware good. I couldn’t have asked for more.

I trust the other excellent reviews and this was a gift. Was looking for 1 leash for walking as well as be able to tie up. This will enable the dog to watch my grandkids play basketball in the driveway.

This is the perfect leash. This is the only leash we have used for ten years. We are pets owners, kennel owners and trainers. Various breeds, various tasks and venues. I HIGHLY recommend the nylon. It dries quickly. Only reason we always have to buy more ( three at a time)?? Chewing puppies and family members steal the new ones!! LOL ( And yeah, we give them as gifts to other envious dog lovers who have never seen them in action!)

I've been buying these for years and I hope they're always available! They wear as a typical nylon leash, but I love the flexibility of the double clasps and options for different lengths. I highly recommend them! and the 5/8" is plenty big for both my 35 pound border collie and 55 pound mix...

These are to replace the well loved still good but looking a little ragged 20 year old ones we have. I bet these will last the next 20 years.

I have been using these leashes exclusively since 2001 when I found my first pup at a shelter while traveling through Deming NM. Since then I have never looked back. With this leash you can easily tether a dog to a tree or a pole because of the savvy configuration of the sturdy metal rings. You can easily secure two dogs with just one leash, which can come in handy if you happen to encounter a rattlesnake on the trail for instance. They are high quality and easy to clean. When I wash them by hand in the sink they look like new again. Because I have 5 dogs and mostly hike with them off leash on nature trails, I need to carry only three of these leashes to deal with any problem that might arise.

This European lead works better than the Gentle leader I tried because it doesn't rub the skin off
my dog's delicate snout. She no longer pulls when we walk....finally....yippee!!!!
I recommend it when used with a special harness that has a loop in the front and on the back.

High quality (material and hooks), cool colors, and much cheaper than I've seen this belt anywhere else!

Great lead

I train dogs for a living and have been looking for a leash like this for a long time that is affordable but well made. I absolutely love this leash. It is fabulous for all purposes and you can actually get years of use out of it.

Love the concept, but this leash is too short for me! Trying to walk the two dogs on it just wasn't fun. I found a longer, more colorful option on the wonder walker site. 7 or 8 feet long, and much more colorful! Yeah, it costs more, but I know it's made in the US. That's important for me!
