Rinse Ace Deluxe Pet Shower Sprayer

I had one and it worked fine for awhile. It was very scary for me to climb up on a stool to attach the hose. One day after taking the hose I went to use the shower and no water came out where it was supposed to! It was coming out where the hose was to be but it wasn't there so water was going everywhere in my bathroom as it hit the wall. I couldn't get the connecter to release and allow the water to come out of the shower head. I had to uninstall this thing completely. Very unhappy!
