I purchased the wrong size, sent them back after getting a RAN

I could tell as soon as I opened the box that I had purchased the wrong size. Went on the website and got a RAN, sent them back. Asked for a refund or else a substitution of the smaller charcoal filters that match the Ammonia filter units I also purchased. Not sure yet what action Petguys will take.
