OSI Spirulina Flakes are not only an excellent natural color enhancer, but the algae, spirulina, also stimulates your fish's immune system to attack gram-negative bacteria. Gram-negative bacteria are known to cause a variety of diseases in fish. The result of feeding OSI Spirulina Flakes is healthier, heartier and more vibrant fish. This diet is especially important for marine fish which tend to be more delicate and disease prone. Appropriate for all freshwater and marine species. Shipping weight: 1/6 lb.

Not sure.
My fish seem to turn their noses up at this food for some reason. Not sure why. I bought it mainly to feed to my tropheus moorii as an alternative to what I usually feed them. Not interested at all. My marine fish eat it but they too seem a little put off. The jury is still out on this food so, I wouldn't take my review too seriously...
