Zoo Med Gourmet Aquatic Turtle Food is scientifically formulated to meet the dietary needs of growing turtles with a shell length of 2 to 6 inches. This food adds a nice high protein treat to your turtle's diet with the addition of dried shrimp and meal worms. Also added are whole cranberries, which are a natural food item of many North American species of aquatic turtles. Zoo Med Gourmet Aquatic Turtle Food does not contain artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors.

Zoo Med Aquatic Turtle Food...they love it!

We've had a couple of red eared sliders and they both ate this food with gusto!

Cleaner tank

This food is great!! Harley is a red-ear slider and she is 6-1/2 yrs of age. I got her when she was the size of a 50 cent piece as a rescue. I was feeding her the food sticks and her tank was a constant cleaning battle. I learned how to balance the water for her tank but then also started feeding her the Gourmet food and it has made a tremendous difference in her tank water. She loves the food (minus the cranberries-she started out liking them and then decided otherwise) She is a bit spoiled. I totally recommend this food to anyone with an aquatic turtle.

My turtle really enjoys this food. I can definitely tell that her favorites are the dried cranberries.
However, she still eats everything else, the shrimp, worms, and pellets.
With this food, my first class turtle definitely gets a gourmet first class treatment :P
The food variation is excellent and healthy.
