Great shredding toy

Pepper my African grey loves this to relieve his stress & leave his feather alone so he doesn't pluck..
Pros
- Toys are like leaves & some birds like to hide. My grey needs all his toys surrounding him & he peeks thru when he wants to be seen.
Cons
- None-try different toys & textures to see what your birds needs are.

I have been looking for this particular bird toy for a while, my Senegal Parrot loved the one he had and had totally destroyed it...after 6 years. I searched for months and finally saw it so I bought 3. However, it wasn't as pictured, instead of rubber between the calcium parts, it is rope. So it has been in the bird's cage for about a week and he is already dismantling it! I don't think it will last more than a month. I am very disappointed that it wasn't exactly the same as pictured. I thought I was purchasing the same item. There was no indication that the product had been changed.

- Item was not the same as pictured. I had the toy pictured for almost 6 years in my bird's cage and it lasted that long. The one that came has colored sisal rope where the colored rubber sections are. I am quite disappointed, and the toy may last a month in my bird's cage
