FiproGuard MAX Flea & Tick Control for dogs is a topical flea and tick treatment that contains the same veterinarian-recommended active ingredient, fipronil, found in Frontline brand products. But with Fiproguard MAX, the power of fipronil is maximized with the addition of a second active ingredient, cyphenothrin. It provides fast and effective treatment in as little as one hour, control of fleas, ticks, chewing lice and controls mites that may cause sarcoptic mange. Kills all stages of brown dog ticks, American dog ticks, lone star ticks and deer ticks that may transit Lyme disease. Research demonstrates that FiproGuard MAX kills adult fleas for up to three months and kills ticks for at least one month. However, apply monthly if your dog is at high risk of flea reinfestation and is recommended where tick and lice control is needed. FiproGuard MAX remains effective even after bathing, water immersion, or exposure to sunlight. For dogs and puppies over 12 weeks of age and up to 22 lbs.
