Products are great

I've used these before in a cup style packaging. These larger quantity cone in a bag. The products work great and help my lab stop scratching. But the 4 bags I ordered were smashed into a small shipping bag with very little protection. When the product arrived I noticed the was A LOT of broken pieces and the bottom of the bag is full of granules from other broken bits too. Very disappointed my so looks forward to the treat each night so this stinks I need a spoon to scoop out the granules and put it on her food instead! I've opened the second bag it's very much the same very bad shipping! !!!! Minus 2 stars for bad shipping!

Really Works!

Aller 911 soft chews were the only thing I have found to really make my schnauzer stop itching. I have tried several supplements and fish oils from pet stores. This product is easy to use, and my dog eats them with his kibble with no fuss. His fur and skin are in much better shape. This prevented another trip to the vet.

At last a natural allergy aid for dogs. These soft chews really worked and made our dogs life much easier.
Cons
- Crumble way too easy. End up with at least one-third of the chews reduced to crumbs which makes it unpleasant to handle and also to try and give to the dog, especially since you can determine how many crumbs make one soft chew.
