This Pet I.D. Tag is made of high quality anodized aluminum. This Bone design can accommodate up to 4 lines of text. You do not have to use all lines, engraved text will be automatically centered and sized to the maximum space available. Each tag comes with a heavy duty split ring. Please fill in information carefully and double-check for errors. PetGuys.com will engrave the ID Tag as it appears on the information below. All letters are engraved in upper case.
