This Pet I.D. Tag is made of high quality anodized aluminum. This Large Heart design can accommodate up to 5 lines of text. You do not have to use all lines, engraved text will be automatically centered and sized to the maximum space available. Each tag comes with a heavy duty split ring. Please fill in information carefully and double-check for errors. PetGuys.com will engrave the ID Tag as it appears on the information below. All letters are engraved in upper case.
Price includes Free Shipping via 1st Class Mail. ID Tags are shipped via 1st Class Mail if ordered by itself. If your order consists other products, it will be shipped with your entire order.

On the website they show 5 lines and no character limits. When you added you get 3 lines with 10 characters. No way to put more than the pets name and a phone number. The tag is huge when you get it. Bummer to pay for something you don't get. At least they called to tell me the text wouldn't fit. Great customer service but not so great order process or product.
