It features a convenient flow control which can be turned down to promote better feeding and extend cartridge life by reducing uneaten food particles that can cause clogging. Tetra Whisper 20 Power Filter uses Large size Whisper Bio-Bag filter cartridges. For aquariums 10-20 gallons; 105 GPH flow rate.
3-Stage Filtration Features:

The dual-sided mesh catches debris and fish waste in its dense, fibrous network. - Stage 2: Chemical Filtration
Ultra-activated carbon absorbs odors and discoloration. - Stage 3: Biological Filtration
BioFoam creates a large 3-dimensional substrate for cultivating aerobic bacteria, which convert toxic ammonia and nitrites to harmless compounds.

This filter has good efficiency, a good utility, we have used it over 13 years, we also used 20, 30, 40 gallons of these filters in smaller tanks. We’ll use it all the times as we liked to raise different kinds of fishes. This was our hobbies since in Hong Kong long time ago!
